Good Practices
We collect good practice examples from across the WHO Europe region on the health-related quality of life and long-term well-being of people living with HIV.
We serve as a resource to inspire and support stakeholders across Europe to address HIV beyond viral suppression and to implement change in policy and practice. The resources found here are meant to complement the WHO Europe compendium of “Good Practices in the Health Sector Response to HIV.”

Buddy Polska
Buddy Polska is a nationwide peer support programme designed for men who have sex with men recently diagnosed with HIV. Hosted by Lambda Warszawa, Poland's oldest LGBT+ community organisation, the programme was launched following the first volunteer training in December 2019 and began providing support in 2020.
The Mini Health Assemblies
Within the HIV and sexual health component, the initiative primarily targets adolescents and young people, addressing topics such as HIV prevention, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), testing, stigma, sexual health, access to healthcare services and informed decision-making.
